Leading manufacturer and supplier to the Promotional Products Industry is seeking an Energetic Hard Working individual to ensure sales goals and objectives by implementing customized sales plan that expands sales for key accounts. Manage objectives and target growth by promoting stronger, long lasting customer relationships. Partner with key accounts to understand their needs and offer product recommendations. Must have strong analytical and decision making skills; be able to multitask, have good written and verbal communication skills, be able to determine and offer product suggestions to key accounts to promote growth.
Responsible in servicing key accounts for pricing, product proposals and program presentations. Must have office environment experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Attend vendor presentations and present new ideas to AE
Order/return samples as needed
Special projects as needed
Job duties may also include:
Accurate data entry of purchase orders
Email orders to the factory
Order Follow up
Forward proofs to client or salesperson, obtain appropriate approvals and forward to the factory
Work with factory and accounting in regards to any necessary prepayments
Daily update of “order notes” – updates, schedules, action items, etc. in PSWN
Review of order acknowledgments against purchase orders, alerting AE of any price changes, entering appropriate updates in PSWN
Order problem resolution with suppliers, with escalation to AEs and/or management staff as appropriate
Obtain freight estimates as required
Communication with internal clients daily regarding order status
Communication with external clients
