Diamond Awards

 

The Diamond Award program was introduced in 1999. The objectives of the competition are as follows:

  • To stimulate high levels of imagination for selling promotional products as a marketing tool
  • To recognize and showcase the creative excellence of SAAGNY Distributor members

The programs you enter could be the ones you had the most fun creating, the most unusual, the most creative or the one that made you or your client the most money. Submit your best promotion...the one of which you are the proudest.

Presentation

The Diamond Awards are presented at the SAAGNY Annual Meeting in April. Each award winner receives one award for their company and one award to present to their client.

 

Who can enter?

The Diamond Award Competition is open to all SAAGNY Distributor members in good standing. There is no fee to enter the competition.

 

What's eligible?

The programs) entered must be implemented between January 1 and December 31 of the previous year. All work produced on behalf of clients may be entered. Pro bono/charity work and multi-company collaborations (Distributor/Agency) are eligible too.

 

Judging Criteria

  • Originality of Concept

  • Creativity

  • Effectiveness of Execution

  • Results

Categories -Awards are presented in each of the following Program Categories. Each Category has two awards based on dollar value of the program (Less than $10 per recipient and $10 or more per recipient.

  • Internal Promotions and/or Employee Incentive Programs

  • Goodwill/Non Profit/Fund Raising Programs

  • Consumer Promotions

  • Business-to-Business Programs/Direct Mail

  • Sales Incentive Programs

  • Self-Promotion Programs

  • Trade Show Traffic Builders
